About this listing

Six welcome-sign layouts drawn at A1 (594 × 841mm) and cut-tested on an LX2 in 3mm birch ply and 3mm cast acrylic.

What's included

  • 6 layouts: arch, oval, script-led, botanical border, minimal, and a two-panel seating variant
  • Editable text as separate layers — swap names without redrawing the frame
  • Both cut and engrave variants of every layout
  • Kerf-compensated at 0.15mm, with 0.10mm and 0.20mm alternates in the archive
  • Settings sheet for 3mm birch, 3mm cast acrylic and 4mm MDF

Designed for

Signage at 400mm and above. Text stems are drawn at 1.8mm minimum so they survive cutting in ply — the script layout will not hold below about 350mm wide, and there's a note in the sheet telling you where each layout falls apart.

Notes

Text is outlined, so no font licensing headaches. If you want to set your own names in a different typeface, the frame files are supplied separately.

Lovely files. Would like a portrait variant of the botanical border, but that's a wish not a complaint.

Editable text layers are done properly — no hunting for stray nodes. Worth the money for the arch layout alone.

Cut two of these for a client on 3mm cast acrylic and they went together perfectly. The settings sheet saved me a test sheet on its own.
