Seller Terms
These terms apply in addition to the Terms & Conditions when you open a shop on LaserPecker Forum.
1. What you're agreeing to
- You own or hold the rights to sell everything you list. Font licences, clipart licences and commissioned artwork all count — check before you list.
- You keep copyright in your work. Listing here grants us a licence to display, deliver and promote your listing; nothing more.
- You grant buyers the licence tier stated on the listing, and you'll honour it.
2. Listing quality
Every listing must state:
- The material and thickness the file is drawn for.
- Every format included, accurately.
- The machines you actually tested it on. Not every machine that exists.
- Whether kerf compensation is applied, and at what value.
Settings sheets are strongly encouraged. They're the most-mentioned thing in reviews and they reduce refund requests more than anything else.
3. Prohibited listings
- Files that require unsafe materials to use (PVC, polycarbonate, ABS on a diode source and similar).
- Other people's work, redrawn traces of copyrighted artwork, or licensed characters and logos you don't hold rights to.
- Files whose only content is freely available elsewhere, repackaged.
- Anything that would put a buyer or their machine at risk.
4. Support and communication
Answer buyer questions within a few days. If a buyer reports a missing or broken file, supply a fix — that's the difference between a support ticket and a refund.
5. Fees and payouts
The platform fee and payout schedule are set out in your dashboard when payouts are enabled for your shop. Refunds and chargebacks are deducted from your next payout. You're responsible for your own tax reporting.
6. Removal
We may unpublish a listing that breaches these terms, is inaccurate, or is the subject of a credible rights complaint. We'll tell you why, and you can fix and relist unless the breach was piracy.
Buyers who have already purchased keep their downloads. That's why we unpublish rather than delete.
7. Closing your shop
You can unpublish everything at any time. Existing buyers keep access to what they bought, which is a condition of having sold it.
