These terms govern your use of LaserPecker Forum ("the site"). By creating an account or using the site you accept them.

1. Who we are

LaserPecker Forum is an independent community for owners of LaserPecker machines. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of LaserPecker or Hingin Technology. Product names are used for identification only. Warranty claims, spare parts, firmware and orders placed with LaserPecker are matters for LaserPecker's own support team.

2. Your account

• You must be 16 or older to hold an account.
• One person per account. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for activity under your account.
• Give us a working email address — order confirmations and moderation notices go there.
• You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing hello@laserpeckerforum.com.

3. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it on the site, and to quote it in site documentation and social posts.

You confirm that you own or have the right to post it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

4. Safety-critical content

Laser cutters and engravers are dangerous tools. Settings, guides and material advice on this site are community contributions, not professional instruction, and not manufacturer specifications. They may be wrong for your machine, your material batch, or your lens condition.

You are responsible for the safe operation of your own equipment, including eye protection appropriate to your wavelength, extraction, fire precautions and never running a machine unattended.

Posting settings or encouragement for materials that release toxic products when lasered — PVC, polycarbonate, ABS on a diode source, chrome-tanned leather and similar — is prohibited and will be removed.

5. Acceptable use

Don't: harass anyone; post unlawful, hateful or sexual content; scrape the site at scale; attempt to break authentication or access others' downloads; upload malware; or redistribute files sold by other members.

6. The marketplace

Purchases of digital files are contracts between the buyer and the selling member. We provide the platform, delivery and entitlement records. See the Seller Terms, Licensing and Refund Policy for the detail.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the site up but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or remove features.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage to materials, equipment or property, personal injury, or lost profits arising from your use of settings, files or advice found on this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes and governing law

We'll post material changes to these terms on this page and update the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
