About this listing
The jig that turns two minutes of re-finding centre into fifteen seconds of drop-and-go.
Two uprights, a V rest and an adjustable stop block, cut from a single piece of 6mm ply. Sized for 20oz and 30oz straight-walled tumblers, with an alternate upright for 12oz.
Why bother
If you engrave tumblers at any volume, your time goes on alignment, not clamping. With a fixed cradle and a stop, every item lands in the same place and you zero once per batch.
Includes a registration cross so you can take the jig off the bed and put it back in exactly the same position.
Free, no strings. If it saves you an hour, tell someone about the forum.

Free and better than jigs I've paid for. The stop block position is well judged.
Cut it the night I read the thread. My per-item setup time genuinely dropped from about two minutes to twenty seconds.
