Great for classes. Would love a version with rounded finger joints for younger students.

About this listing
Twelve boxes that close properly, each supplied in three kerf variants so you can pick the one that matches your machine instead of sanding joints.
The set
- 4 finger-jointed boxes (60, 100, 150, 220mm cube-ish)
- 2 hinged-lid boxes with a captive pin
- 2 sliding-lid trays
- 1 living-hinge pen case
- 1 dovetailed drawer insert
- 2 stacking organiser trays
Kerf variants
Every file ships at 0.10mm, 0.15mm and 0.20mm kerf compensation. There's a one-page guide in the archive on measuring your own kerf in five minutes, so you know which to use.
Material
Drawn for 3mm and 6mm birch ply. The 6mm variants account for beam divergence in the slot walls — that's why 6mm joints are drawn slightly differently rather than just scaled.
Cut-tested on LX2 and LP5.
Reviews (3)
Bought as a beginner and the kerf guide taught me more than the files did. Both are good.
The three kerf variants are the whole point and nobody else does it. First box closed first time, which has never happened to me before.
